Help Genie is built around a single idea: a genie, an AI agent that represents your business and can act across every channel your customers actually use — voice, email, outbound calls, and the tools that run your day-to-day operations. Help Genie Voice is where a genie is born. You create it, give it a voice and a personality, teach it your business through its knowledge base, and decide where it’s allowed to show up. From there, three companion apps extend what that same genie can do:

Help Genie Voice

The core product. Create genies, manage knowledge, voice, activation, access, and billing.

Help Genie Mail

Your genie triages, drafts, and follows up across Gmail and Outlook. Nothing sends without your approval.

Help Genie Outbound

Your genie places real phone calls and runs calling campaigns end to end — dial, talk, listen, report back.

Help Genie Sync

Keeps your genie’s knowledge current and connects it to live business systems before, during, and after a call.
Mail, Outbound, and Sync are early-access companion apps reached from Genie Hub, and each extends a genie created in Voice — none of them run standalone. A genie’s brain chat is not currently aware of what happens in the companion apps.

How the pieces fit together

Think of a single support call or email as having a lifecycle, and each product owns a stage of it:
  • Before — Sync keeps your genie’s knowledge fresh (policies, prices, catalog) so it never answers with stale information. See Knowledge Sync.
  • During — Voice handles the live conversation itself, on the phone or embedded on your site. Sync can also let the genie check a live system mid-call for things memory can’t answer, like order status. See Capabilities.
  • After — Sync can trigger follow-up actions — a CRM note, a summary, a recap email — the moment a call ends. See Post-call actions.
  • Beyond voice — Mail extends the same genie into your inbox, and Outbound lets it proactively place calls instead of only receiving them.

Documentation for two audiences

  • Using the products from the dashboard? Each product has its own guide tab — Voice, Mail, Outbound, Sync. No engineering background required.
  • Building an integration? The API reference gives you programmatic access to genies, knowledge bases, conversations, leads, and more through a single endpoint.
