# Genie Distribution

> Every way to put your Genie in front of people — phone numbers, web embed widgets, QR codes, the other Help Genie apps, and sharing.

This follows on from [Branding](/voice-guide/my-genies-branding).

## Distribution card

The **Distribution** card is where you choose how people reach your Genie.

* An **Activation Pack** banner links to a page that bundles QR codes, an embed snippet, an email signature, and print-ready assets. See [Activation packs](/voice-guide/activation).
* **Phone** — opens the [Phone Number modal](#phone-number-modal).
* **Web Embed** — opens the [Web Embed modal](#web-embed-modal).
* **QR Code** — opens the [QR Code modal](#qr-code-modal).
* **Invite** — manage users, access requests, and access QR codes. See [Genie Access](/voice-guide/genie-access).

  A QR code becomes available once your Genie is fully set up. If setup isn't finished, you'll be prompted to complete it first.

## Phone Number modal

Two tabs: **Phone Number** and **Call Logs**.

* **Phone Number** — the number your Genie uses to receive or make calls. **Add** offers three routes:
  * Keep your existing number and forward it here.
  * Get a brand-new number instantly.
  * Port your number over permanently — handled by the Help Genie team, up to five business days.
* **Transfer Phone Number** — the number calls get forwarded to when a customer asks for a human.
* **Live Handoff from Browser** — lets browser visitors ask the Genie to connect them to a live phone call, with its own escalation number.

## Web Embed modal

Five widget types, each providing copy-ready code in **JavaScript**, **HTML**, and **React**:

* **Standard Widget** — popup and full-page, each with its own full appearance editor covering colors, size, position, buttons, avatar, and chat view styling.
* **Chat Widget**
* **Email Widget**
* **Phone Widget**
* **QR Code Widget**

Copy the snippet for your platform and paste it into your site.

## QR Code modal

* **Style** — choose a preset look.
* **Label Text** — the text shown with the code (including a "Talk to \[your Genie]" option).
* **Colors** — set the code and background colors, with a **Reset** to your brand defaults.
* **Options** — show your logo, or use a transparent background.
* **Format** — download as **PNG** or **SVG** (downloads are higher resolution than the preview).
* **Public Page URL** — reviewable and editable inline before you generate.
* **Saved QR Codes** — a gallery where you can re-download or delete previous codes.
* **Customer Invitation QR** — when on, scanning invites the person to register and adds this Genie to their favorites.

## Help Genie apps

The **Help Genie apps** card shows where this same Genie works beyond calls and chat — one tile each for **Mail**, **Sync**, and **Outbound**:

## Share drawer

Opened from the **Share** button in the Genie's header. Three tabs:

* **Overview** — copy the public link, an app link, QR code, phone, mailbox, or Genie Page link.
* **Manage Access** — team sharing and token-based access links, for private Genies.
* **Phone** — quick access to phone numbers.
