Settings is a two-column page. The list on the left switches which panel shows on the right.
Panels, in order:
- HG Voice Account Settings — a launcher that opens Help Genie Voice in a new tab. This is where shared account, tenant, Genie, and notification configuration lives — Voice is the source of truth for the whole Help Genie suite.
- Preferences — timezone, working hours, and a Restart onboarding button.
- Tenant — your team’s tenant details and any API keys issued to you.
- Accounts — connect and manage Gmail/Outlook mailboxes.
- Triage — the default rules a Genie applies to your personal mail.
Preferences
Set your timezone (auto-detect is offered when the browser and stored zones disagree), your working hours, which days count as working days, and whether outbound mail should hold to your working hours. Restart onboarding takes you back through the welcome flow.
Tenant
See your tenant details and manage the API keys issued to you. Sync from Voice pulls the latest tenant and Genie configuration down from Help Genie Voice.
Accounts
Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook at the top starts the hosted sign-in flow. Each connected account has its own card with sender identity, plain-text and HTML signature, Analyze style, Auto-archive, a brand color, and Remove. A toolbar above the cards has Sync now, Clean up stale threads, and Repair from Nylas.
See Connecting Your Email Account for the full walkthrough.
Triage
Edit the general rules a Genie uses to triage your personal mail: extra instructions, escalation address, reply caps, and the rules list. A Sending mode switch (Auto-send vs Draft-only) is available for personal inboxes.
See Genie Decisions & the Brain for how these rules connect to what a Genie actually does.
What’s not here
There are no separate Notifications, Composing, or Genies panels in the current Settings surface — notification and Genie configuration lives in Help Genie Voice, reached from the HG Voice Account Settings launcher at the top of the panel list.
