Automatic packs
There is no create form. The first time you open Activation for a Genie without a pack, Help Genie creates one immediately with the web channel, QR sticker, email signature, social card, app-install assets, presentation, and launch-copy defaults, and takes you straight to it. New Genies can also receive this pack as part of setup. A brief Creating your activation pack or Building your pack screen may appear while the lightweight assets are prepared. Larger poster and lookbook PDFs are built when you request the complete download. Everything the old create form asked for — channels, materials, tagline, sticker size and shape, QR treatment, logo and phone-number visibility, social-card preference — is set to sensible defaults on creation and stays fully editable afterwards from the pack’s own Customise your pack section. Physical links always use the canonical public Help Genie domain so temporary development origins are not baked into permanent artwork.What happens next
The finished detail page leads with four launch moves: complete download, mobile-app adoption, tailored presentation, and email-signature installation. It also prepares a printer handoff with the recommended 100 stickers, 20 posters, and 10 app posters.
