Start Here
A numbered path of short reads that takes you from a new account to a published, live Genie. Each takes two to four minutes.- Your starter path shows how many steps you’ve completed and your progress as a percentage.
- Each step shows its title, a one-line summary, its reading time, its category, and a Video tag when one is included.
- Completed steps are ticked. Select any step to open it.
Library
Every article in one place.- Search articles to find one by keyword.
- Use the category pills to narrow the list; All clears the filter.
Reading an article
An article opens on its own page with its category, reading time, and a video when there is one.- Mark complete and continue records the article as done and moves to the next one. On the last article it reads Mark complete and finish.
- Unmark complete undoes that.
- Previous and Next move through the articles in order.
- Still stuck? Ask the Tutor opens the Tutor with your question in context.
- Back to Learn returns to the hub.
Playbooks
Take-home playbooks are guides personalized with your Genie’s name and brand color — to share with your team or save for later. Select Download on a playbook to get it.Genie Tutor
Your Help Genie Tutor is a dedicated Genie that knows the platform inside out. Ask it anything about setup or how a feature works.- Open full Tutor opens it on its own page.
- Open in the sidebar opens it in the Your Genie sidebar, so you can keep working alongside it.
- Quick starters are ready-made questions grouped by area. Select one to open the Tutor with the question already loaded, or use Search questions to find one.
If the Tutor hasn’t been set up in your account yet, its page says so and offers Open Your Genie instead, which can still help.
